ZERO F*CKS GIVEN 🧘🏻‍♀️✨🖤 . What if I told you, that the key to your happiness could simply be to just stop giving a f*ck? Would you believe me?...And more important, would you be able to do so? 🖕 . Freeing yourself from expectations, those who come from others as well as your own, can be the most important step towards living the life that is (and always was) meant for you. Go and ask yourself what is truly holding you back from living this life, from being happy. You might will come up with a bunch of explanations and reasons ...which are only other words for “being afraid”, and being afraid is only a less radical term for “giving too many f*cks”. . So what is it that holds you back? Financial stability? Not wanting to be alone? Wanting others to like you (for someone who isn’t your true self?) The feeling that you aren’t good enough at what you want to achieve?...And what if all those things weren’t an issue? Would you go for it? I bet you would! ✨ . Here’s the thing about those reasons: They aren’t a real thing. The only sure thing in life is death. Working with this energy center cultivates flexibility and adaptability. Water is an extremely adaptable element; it can be a a liquid, solid (ice), or gas (steam), repurposing itself to fit its environment. In the yoga tradition, a warrior must learn to be adaptable and acknowledge that brute strength or fighting are not the only way through a battle. Reverse Warrior, also nicknamed “Peaceful Warrior,” always makes me think of a warrior choosing to pull back from a fight, knowing when “enough is enough,” seeing the bigger picture, and choosing not to escalate the violence or drama. It requires great strength and bravery to do so. As the Twelfth Doctor said, “Never be cruel, never be cowardly...
