I miss throwing heavy weights on the bar for squats and deadlifts. I miss the excitement of looking forward to a massive leg day followed by me cramping and barely making it home 😂 . I miss it, but I also don’t want to miss out on this opportunity to keep working on my legs during this time. I’ve realized that my balance sucks and this is very apparent when I’m doing unilateral leg movements like single leg squats or Bulgarian split squats. In a couple of weeks, I’m certain I’ll have a much better sense of balance and I’ll come out of this quarantine period a more complete fit individual (my opinion) 🤘🏾👊🏽 . This workout routine was a killer, no 🧢 ▫️Burpees ▫️Alternating lunges ▫️Single leg squats ▫️Squat jumps
