Still been working the last few weeks through this covid-19, finally today been furloughed and in the safety of home. Anxiety has been through the roof out there working, worrying about spreading or catching the damn thing! Needed this run to let off some steam. Tuna iz konzerve ne bi trebala biti cesto na meniju 👎 Tunjevina spada medju najkvalitetnije vrste mesa koje je izuzetno bogato proteinima i hravljivim supstancama koje vam pomazu da regenerisete tijelo Zbog toga nije ni cudno sto ljudima sirom svijeta upravo tunjevina iz konzerve predstavlja omiljeni brzi obrok. Medjutim, pored svih izvanrednih strana, ova cuvena riba nosi i jedan problem kog bi trebalo ozbiljnije shvatiti. Radi se o zivi kao vrlo toksicnom elementu po ljudski organizam. Ona tokom zivotnog vijeka koji traje i do devet godina prelazi ogromne distance i prisvaja znacajne kolicine metala i stetnih materija koje zagadjuju more. Rezultat covjekovog nemara prema morima je u tome da u mesu svjeze tunjevine na 100 grama bude od 20 do 90 mikrograma zive. Proces obrade i pakovanja u konzerve zivu ne moze eliminisati, ali je sreca sto se ta kolicina u prosjeku prepolovi. Inace, dozvoljena maksimalna kolicina unosa zive u organizam je sedmicno 1,6 mikrogram, pa bi preporuka bila da se tunjevina iz konzerve jede jednom ili dva puta sedmicno i tada ne bi dolazilo do narocitih rizika od trovanja zivom.
