Going to be working for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest straight through part 1 - part 4 then taking a full 60-90 second breather to rehydrate and get ready for another round. 3 sets but if you can get more go for it! 💪😛 1) Criss Cross to Floor Tap Squat: My head got cut off but all you missed was some horrendous facial expressions. Flat feet on the squat and on your toes for the cross cross, start slow to get the coordination under control then add in the speed as you get more comfortable. 2) 4 X High Knees/4 X Bum Kicks: Never let your feet get a chance to rest on the floor, pump the arms and legs on the high knees getting the whole body working. On the bum kicks make sure your letting that full range of movement in. 3) Alternate Explosive Glute Bridges: Drive off your starting leg and push hips up for the sky through the glutes, swap legs in mid air while emptying the lungs and cushion the landing on your opposite leg. 4) Ball Up to Stand Up: Hug your knees and roll forward squeezing the abdominals. From here use your hands to push yourself to flat feet then drive up to standing.
