It’s a new week! My plan is to bulk record some podcast episodes as my current schedule is a bit of a rollercoaster.
Instead of fighting my emotions and energy level due to the current climate, my plan is to take massive action when I am feeling high level so that I can rest and take care of myself when I am feeling low.
This is a trick I have used for the last 7 years, when I have been working from home in my business. I suffer from endometriosis, which means some days I can’t get out of bed due to the pain and exhaustion. Having scheduled content means I can keep serving my clients AND look after myself. That’s a win in my book! 💛
